Service Description

imgexpand provides AI-powered image expansion capabilities, including standard and advanced processing modes, through web-based tools and related features. Service scope, features, and limits may change over time.

User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Not interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, its systems, or connected infrastructure.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, imgexpand and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, model orchestration, branding, and site materials. All rights are reserved. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service.

As between you and imgexpand, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your prompts, inputs, outputs, and downstream use do not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Create, request, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, or otherwise obscene content.
• Upload or process content without sufficient rights, consent, or legal basis.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
• Bypass technical limitations, access controls, or security protections.

Refund Policy

We provide a minimum 14-day refund window for subscription charges and one-time credit purchases. You may request a refund within 14 days of the original payment date. After this 14-day period, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

• Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after payment are not eligible under our standard refund policy.
• Within the 14-day refund window, approved refunds may be full or partial depending on usage. If credits were used, refunds are typically calculated based on the unused portion. If no credits were used, a full refund may be issued for eligible purchases.
• After the 14-day window, we do not provide refunds for partially used subscriptions, consumed credits, or completed image generation services, except where required by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

To request a refund, contact support@imgexpand.com and include your account email, payment date, amount, and transaction reference.

For orders processed through Paddle, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles customer service inquiries and returns.

Subscription Terms

If you purchase a subscription, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms:

• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
• No prorated refunds after the 14-day window: Unless required by applicable law, we do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in an active billing cycle once the 14-day refund period has passed.
• Failed renewal charges: If a renewal charge fails, we may retry billing. If payment remains unsuccessful, subscription benefits may be suspended or ended.
• Plan and price changes: We may update subscription pricing or plan features with reasonable prior notice. Changes apply from your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

By starting or maintaining a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method in accordance with these Subscription Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes become effective when posted, unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, imgexpand and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Service.
